Q: Why should I come to Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate?

A: Sun Pacific is a local, family owned business for more than 23 years.  The Broker's motto is "educate, educate, educate".  We have made a name for ourselves in friendliness and integrity.  We want to ensure borrowers, buyers and investors can make informed decisions that impact their  futures.  We have the experience and are only here to honestly you help out.

Q: I have bad credit but have some cash and would like to buy a home.  Can you help?

A: Yes!  We specialize in doing hard money loans (also known as private money) which do not depend on one's credit. These are loans made by private investors and rates are higher, but the loan qualification are much less than conventional loans.

Q: I want to buy a home but the many foreclosures I've seen are dumps.  Can I get any that are ready to move in?

A: Yes!  We regularly have "flips" or fully remodeled homes located in nice neighborhoods that we have access to.  We work hard to find the homes that have been fixed up and save people time & money for renovating when they can just buy their home and move in!

Q: I've been turned down by my bank and told my credit does not allow me to get a loan.  Can you help?

A: Yes!  We have helped thousands of individuals who have been turned down elsewhere.  With the current rules & regulates just getting more strick for lending, we have increased our efforts to help those who are in need of a loan. 

Q: I have money I'd like to invest but is it a safe investment to become a Private Investor with Sun Pacific?

A: Yes!  Since 1988 we've worked with hundreds of Private Investors and in each of our dealings maintain complete honesty and intgrety so both yourself and the Borrower are happy.

Q: I can't afford to buy a home right now but what about a least to own option, do you do these?

A: Yes!  We have remodeled homes which are ready-to-move-in and some can be a lease to own option.  Just give us a call and we'll let you know what we have available.

Q: I want to buy a home but my credit score isn't good enough for a loan.  I have some rentals and a commercial property with some equity.  Can you help?

A: Yes!  We specialize in doing hard money loans (also known as private money) which do not depend on one's credit. These are loans made by private investors and depend on the equity you have.
